Our Four Driving Principles
1. Intentional Community: All teenage students are looking to discover 3 things: Identity, Purpose, and Belonging. We understand it to be a communal effort in guiding students to find their identity, purpose & belonging in Jesus & His Church.
2. Transformational Discipleship: We desire to see all students become an active disciple of Christ Jesus. To get students to a place where they are equipped to be an active disciple of Christ, we provide many opportunities for them to be transformed and experience deep discipleship through our various events, retreats, camps, mission trips & weekly gatherings.
3. Partnering with Parents: We follow the Biblical design of parents being tasked as the primary influences of discipleship with their children & family. We see our role as a student ministry to be a partnership to help equip parents to see discipleship “wins” happen in the home.
4. Developing Student Leaders: We desire to develop student leaders who will reach the world for Christ. We develop student leaders by utilizing the Leader Treks “Leadership Pathway” – a framework for students to discover their God-given potential & gifts as they grow into active disciples & leaders who serve the Kingdom of God.
